"Eclat de Grenat " Red Côtes de Provence AOC


Created in 2007, this new wine is made for early drinking. Vinified in stainless steel (no oak is used), it offers pure and powerful aromas of red and black fruits.

Varieties:              Syrah 80%, Grenache 20%

Vintage:              Grapes are picked by hand in small trays.

Fermentation:      Cold maceration of the de-stemmed grapes then quickly fermented at 22°C

Ageing:                In tank, then bottled in April.

Characteristics:    Soft, round tannins, fresh and aromatic.
